Staff at
Europe Direct Leeds and Business and Patents are busy getting ready for the
autumn series of workshops at Leeds Central Library’s Enterprise Club.
The first
of our autumn workshops kicks off with a talk from Anne Selwyn from Business
Link West Yorkshire.
Anne
provided lots of food for thought at the summer workshop, with a lively
presentation questioning ‘is starting a business right for you.’ Anne enthused
about the positives of starting a business but also highlighted that it
wouldn’t be an easy journey, success requires the ability to work very long
hours and to be constantly focused on your end goal.
The autumn
series continues with talks on a range of start up topics including information
on the taxes, financing your business and marketing.
